They call the gospel the good news! It is! We have this sacred secret: the Creator of the universe is our Friend. He knows your name!! And your heart. Not only that, but the One who flung the stars in the sky lavishly pours out grace to cover over our multitude of sins. The One who came to walk among us knows how we feel. The One who had compassion on us flung his arms open wide on a cross to redeem us. That One--That Jesus--is my Friend. WOW.
